You have emphatically stated "TAKE THE POINTS--NOW!!"
But why take the points--now!!--if you genuinely feel that OhioSt will win outright?? Are you concerned that Wisconsin's recent form suggests they are a diff team, perhaps on a mission to get to the Rose Bowl again?

Ohio State is 10-0 b/c they have played three teams with a winning record ... and that, my friend, is just gross.
If you want a true judge of how good a team is (when you can't decide it on the field, especially when you can't play in a bowl game), you have one thing to judge, their schedule. Ohio States schedule is below; You tell me how they fair:
Miami OH: Best Win Ohio Bobcats? Worst Loss Buffalo
Central Florida: Best win EMU? Worst Loss Mizzu
Cal: Best Win UCLA. Worst Loss Nevada
UAB: Best Win Marshall? Worst Loss Tulane
Michigan State: Best Win Wisconsin. Worst Loss Iowa
Nebraska: Best Win Toss Up. Worst Loss UCLA
Indiana: Best Win Iowa. Worst Loss Navy
Purdue: Best Win Iowa. Worst Loss Minnesota
Penn State: Best Win Northwestern. Worst Loss Ohio Bobcats
Illinois: Best Win WMichigan. Worst Loss: Pick one.
Based purely on a scheduling stand point, Ohio State has not played a single team with a good quality win. As said, you have played three teams with a winning record, but of those three teams, they have lost to UCLA, Mizzu & the Ohio Bobcats. So even the teams that you have beaten with a winning record can't even beat other "average teams" outside the crap Big 10. I think that speaks pretty loudly.
If you want to pound your chest about Ohio State (which I see you have a couple threads going in doing so...) please back it up with relevant stats. I think the above is pretty self explanitory. And if you want to expand further... Ohio State ranks 7th in the Big Ten on defense. SEVENTH!! (in the worst conference in the nation). They have outlasted Purdue in overtime, barley beat a Cal team that is horribly bad, UAB took them to the wire (who is awful) and Indiana (who Wisconsin just TRUCKED) also gave them all they could handle.
Ohio State may be good in the future, but please don't tell me they are good this year. That is simply an untrue statement. They are not a good football team. Hell, I listen to Urban Meyer every Thursday @ 12 on the radio here in Columbus. He will tell you himself they are not a good football team. And I can tell you one thing for certain, he is probably very happy they are not going to a bowl game, b/c if they did and played anybody in the top 5, they would get embarrassed. If Purdue, Indiana, Cal, UAB, etc can run through that defense like swiss cheese, what do you think teams like Oregon, Kstate, Bama, etc would do?
Wake up bro.

urban 9-1 after a bye game
urban holds an 85% win% in rivalry game.
im from ohio im biased and have been wrong before but this game should be ohio state -10 on a neutral field. in wisky and NOT at night. this game should be Ohio State -6.5 -7 range public perception of Wisky after ther beatdown of indiana is swaying this line considerably. I will max bet this game at +3.
