Come on lesdership of 5 dimes.....we appreciate all your 5 10 and 15 minute options in most of the NCAA games, but PLEASE train your staff up on grading these plays properly.
Last night had a 500$ parlay missed graded.....and it was event close on the mis grade
You have some of your first half options not graded until almost the game is over.
Stop putting your worst personnel in the grading room after 8pm......they are doing a horrible job

The Mafia Don wannabe, Tony, will usually tell you to go f*ck yourself and threaten to break your legs, as he sips Harvey Wallbangers on the beach in Costa Rica.

They do take a while to grade. I had an instance the other day that pissed me off with them. I did an "live in play" bet on Northwestern -6.5 -160. There were 3 minutes left, NW up 8 3rd and 11 on their own 20 something. I placed my bet and the next play they get a 1st down and run out the clock. I find out they cancelled the bet saying it was a CLEAR LINE ERROR and that they didn't appreciate me betting it and if I continued to do it there would be consequences. I called them and they couldn't tell me what the line should have been (they first claimed it should have been -3.5, then backed off that) That the line was for another game, but couldn't tell me what game until 20 minutes later and after arguing with them. Then the next day they email me the rules on betting on CLEAR LINE ERRORS. They have also graded a few games wrong as well. Also they claim their live betting screens are third party ran and can't do anything about them. But they changed a bet amount I placed. So just keep an eye on things with them.
