Portland seems to me like the pick with the leading three point % shooter in the country coming back. They also have a big guy coming back who led their conference in field goal percentage.
Seems like Portland will outmatch them in the paint. Anyone else have any ideas for this early game.

I like GTown too. A lot of people seem to like ODU and talk about all their starters coming back but no one is talking about Freeman, Wright, and Thompson. I think GTown will win in a close one.

Jeremy Hazell is the only reason I can't take Temple. He is one of those guys that can just get hot and not miss the rest of the night. Robinson and Pope are also nice pieces inside.
BOL with your pick though.

Playing with not much to gain and everything to lose is not a good motivational base, let alone going on the road with WannTrash leading the way. Watch for my boy #77 Jason Pinkston (O-Tackle)... graduated HS with him. (Plays for Pitt) Thats cool you graduated with him. I loved playing basketball against Baldwin love the gym.
But this is the kind of game that Pitt is good in because UConn is just going to try and run the ball and thats what Pitt is good at. Stopping the run. But BOL we will see who comes out ahead Good luck guys, I took the 6.5 and I love home dogs, but if Pitt plays how they SHOULD, I like your side.... problem is the little fuckers never play how they should. |

Should be a good game but I think it will be close. Did you get the game at +1 or +1.5

Miami came into Heinz Field and beat us 31-3 and Miami had turned the ball over twice! The only good win this season is when Pitt stomped 'Cuse on the road: Cuse had 4 turnovers, we had 0, the win is 100% because of the turnovers and only the turnovers. Pitt did roll over Louisville, and Louisville rolled UConn, but against Pitt the Ville turned it over 3 times (pitt 0) and UConn turned it over twice to 'Ville's 0. Again, story of the game was made by the turnovers. Pitt blows, they are laying almost a TD on the road LMAO... with some luck maybe it cashes, but I like UConn and the points. Good thing this isn't a big game the stache should be able to take care of business against UConn's poor run d. BOL though if you go with UConn Oh and a side note UConn was a +5 in turnovers against WVU and still needed to take them to OT

Romeus looks to be a Game Time Decision on whether he will play tonight. From what I have read he should get in the game tonight. This will really help taking the double team away from Sheard.

Also Pitt has very tall receivers in Baldwin, Shanahan, and Street who will do damage. Baldwin commands a double team that will leave even more lanes to run through for Graham & Lewis. BOL with your pick tonight

Miami had way to much speed for Pitt. Pitt has more of the big horses in the trenches that are made more Pro Style kind of game. UConn is also not Miami. But BOL with your choices tonight

Kings (-170) -- I think you have to ride the wave in this one. The Kings a scorching hot at home this year (6-0). The Kings have yet to give up a PowerPlay goal at home while the Stars have only scored one PowerPlay goal on the road. The Stars to boast a (3-2) road record but the Kings have stood tall at home especially Quick. Quick has an amazing save percentage at home this year (97.5%) and he should be well rested coming into this game without having a start in the last 4 days. This will be one of their tougher opponents that they face at home but look for them to carry their momentum into this game and take down the Stars.
