Does anyone have feedback for ATSdatabase? I used it years ago when it
was free and enjoyed it, but now that it is a pay site I'd like to make
sure it is worth the $99 price.
Thanks! |

I wear mine because I've been a Yanks fan since I was 11 (1978). Granted it can be tough sometimes due to the aforementioned posts, but what can you do but live your life the way you choose.
As I've gotten older I no longer wear team jerseys, but every now and then I'll break out my Bernie jersey. I agree that posers are very annoying and I do get that twinge when I see someone wearing a Yankee hat who is clearly more fashionable than a fan. But like I said, that's their life and its none of my business. |

Great info...wish I'd seen this before the bowl games. I'll try it out for the remainder of the NBA & NCAABB and set it aside for next year's football season.
Love the avatar too |

Isn't this similar to the trend Mr. Bator came up last week with the NE/GB game?

Who's the ONLY coach in the NFL, on the positive side, that Sharps take into account when betting a game?
Yep. And yes I am now very biased because The Pats have saved my sorry betting ass this year on many occasions including today when at 0-6 for the day I grabbed NE @ -11.5 with my remaining bank roll during live betting just before they made it 21-0. |

Agreed, and that's what is scary...everything points to an IND blowout yet the line is only -3? Per pregame.com 94% are on the Colts and yet the line has only moved from -2 to -3. Bookmakers aren't into large financial gifts, correct?
I love me the 6-point teaser so I'll probably go Titans +9.5 and U51. |

Not sure if this means much, but I was thinking about some different angles for this week and considered how teams do after they play a physical team such as BALT, PIT, NYJ. Here's what I came up with:
The game after playing the NYJ, teams are 3-7 and of those three wins, two were by MIN & GB against a sad, sad DAL team and HOU beat a Rusty-lead TEN team. The game after playing PIT, teams, oddly enough, are 9-1. BAL had no trends and none of the other top defenses had similar trends. So I considered teams playing The Champion Saints... The game after playing NO, teams went 2-8 and no dogs covered the spread. Perhaps for some teams this was their Super Bowl? All of this takes SU & ATS into account. Given these numbers, it would appear there are strong plays on New Orleans ATS, Buffalo ML, & Indy ATS. Then again this could all mean squat, but it was interesting. Any thoughts or corrections? |

Finnegan=Sean Avery=Loudmouth Turtle.
Let 'em square up like men and finish it and you'll never hear from CF again. And dude, I would never have posted the thing about your son on a message board ...other than maybe The View. |

Dennis knows his football and is still funny as hell, but was seriously out of place on MNF, and he admits it.

Good points guys, and yes I've had a bad couple of weeks culminating with a parlay yesterday wherein I took NSH/MIN U6.5 and TB TT O2.5 and the opposite happened in both cases. Two low scoring teams get 7 and a scoring machine like TB, even in WAS, gets shutout
Mr_bollox is right, I'll take some time off and jump back in...probably tonight And realcapper, I wish I had discipline, but I tend to bet every game because I get my own enjoyment from looking at every game (especially when I am bored at work). Of course going 3-10 like I did Wed takes a bit of that joy away. I can see where playing the favorite would lead to a better record, but paying an average juice of -130 for a favorite seems like a break-even strategy. I played all dogs on Wed since Favs are winning at a 55% rate and 45% on plus juice might work, but that ship hit a nasty iceberg and I didn't even get to sleep with Rose! Yeah, I agree there is a way to win in the NHL, I guess I need to just shut up and find it. Appreciate the input fellas |

Well, placed my last NHL bet this season. Just tired of losing any gains I make in the NFL to the NHL. I love hockey, but wagering on it is a bitch. I've tried so many angles (capping, trends, flipping a damn quarter!), but that high-ass juice and parity is too much to overcome for me. I'd say Vegas has the percentages just right in this league and the lack of a true point-spread doesn't allow for much advantage.
GL to everyone |

Aren't we overlooking the obvious here? The people watching the game (which oddly enough included a man looking very similar to a former Pro Wrestler/Governor) at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Schenectady NY wanted the Under so the dude behind the bar jiggled a switch which in turn alerted "those in on it" at the game and wham, the Under it is...
and everybody cheered. I actually teased the game to O44 so I cheered too. |

I feel your pain FB for every single reason you listed...I quit this morning at 5:45 AM when I saw that my 4-team parlay lost by 1/2 point (had teased the NYG to +9.5).
Sadly my "retirement" lasted all of 45 minutes as I teased the Thanksgiving Day games then continued to un-retire this evening by betting MNF and 6 NHL games (talk about a glutton for punishment). I keep myself sane by being a cheap skate and betting $1-$5 per game at 5Dimes. Heck I've made $50 last for over two months and over 400 bets. Hell yeah it pisses me off more often than not, but I'm bored silly w/o the entertainment I get from doing it. And who knows, maybe someday I'll "get it". Good Luck! |

I'm biased as hell with the Preds so take it for what it's worth, but I couldn't resist a +100 in this game. Preds are a better team and if I'm not mistaken, these teams, although they rarely play, seem to win at each others barn. Right now they are scoring 3+/game and w/ Suter back the defense should improve and maybe Rinne will see fewer good shots...oh, and the Leafs have 0 offense right now.
