BAYLOR BEARS - WRITEUP

Gonna ride the Baylor Bears in Waco today, and here is why:

Baylor is LONG overdue for a home win against Texas as they haven't done so since 1998. In my opinion, this changes today!
Some trends for starters:

• TEX are 3-14 ATS in their last 17 games overall (WOW)
  
• TEX are 6-22-1 ATS in their last 29 vs. Big 12. (WOW)

Baylor has proved that they can beat Texas as they took them to OT when the visited the longhorns at the end of Jan, giving them the confidence they need to get that elusive home win today. Since their last meeting Texas is 5-5, while Baylor is 8-2. Now Baylor gets Texas in the comfort of their own arena and on Senior day of all. It has been much publicized that this Texas team is starting to unravel and it all starts with the coach, who just last week admitted that he coached his worst game ever! How does that help build confidence in your struggling team? It DOESN'T!!!

That being said, lets look at some stats. Baylor gives up an average of 62pts at home...Texas on the other hand gives up an average 75pts on the road! THAT IS A 13pt differential!! And just to make it even better Baylor average 4 more pts scored  in the home/away scenario! If you put those together that is a very favorable number for Baylor!!! Also, Texas cannot shoot free-throws on the road. They average 59%...while Baylor is at 71%, and believe me these points matter!!! Ekpe Udoh is among the nations top in shots blocked and will be clogging up the inside making things tough for the Texas big men. LaceDarius Dunn can and will shoot the 3ball! 

Baylor is 4-3 vs top 25 which is not great but is much better than Texas' 2-5 record. With a victory in its regular-season finale, Baylor will earn a first-round bye in the Big 12 tournament. THIS GIVES THEM SOMETHING TO PLAY FOR!! It is also Senior Day so you know Baylor will be pumped....

I WILL BE TAKING BAYLOR ML.....I would be comfortable taking them -3, but I usually only play ML on my large unit plays. I'm not going to post my total unit play, but just know that it is larger than most (which is something I rarely do)...If you are just dying to know PM me and I will try to respond.....

Now one last note....Even though I have given you ever reason to take Baylor today....PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK....Understand that as much as I would love to call this a LOCK, there is rarely such a thing. That being said, I feel the Baylor ML play is the strongest opportunity to make some good $$$ today.

sir i love your style i agree 100% with ur reasoning im on this as well and researched the numbers as well. got to love baylors better all around at home over texas play on the road. Plus you gotta love that texas cant shoot worth a lick from the  line. And look what happened against a bad oklahoma team raining 3s on texas in the 1st half in texas.
