At least with the repukes, you know what you are getting, or at least what their fan base is supporting
They want life in America to represent the ant and the grasshopper parable. They claim to want the right to reap what one sews, for the hardworking ant to enjoy a better standard of living than the lazy grasshopper. They claim to believe that if you plant in the spring, toil in the summer, you will eat well in the fall and survive the winter, rather then the lazy grasshopper that lays and plays and is left dependent on the ant for his survival
With the democrat party, they seem to want to sell the herd that what makes us different, makes us evil. "let one thousand flowers bloom?" NO SIR!
Risk is bad, change is bad, and being different is bad (all the things that have made us great). Follow the rule of law, listen to what your master tells you, there is someone else smarter than you that knows better that will look out for your best interest. Worst of all, they are the party that props up the rent seeking activity that has strangled the economy to death. "DON'T ASK A LOT OF QUESTIONS",,,,,,,,,,,
. They all agree that the current system of education is the best one, we just need more private dollars to fund it, then it will work better. I ask what is the purpose of a college degree, what does it signify, and what is it good for? There's two sides to that trade. One, is the creditor on the other side of the student debt, and two is the idea that "if you work hard at school and get a degree, you are entitled to high wages",,,,don't bother thinking out if the risk is worth the reward, or the functionality of the degree in the future, weighed against all of it's opportunity costs. hint: rent-seekers founded these "institutions of higher learning", with the goal to instill in the minds of the masses that the piece of paper = the right to seek rents
I anxiously await the day that the majority ditches both shit parties for something new and something different and something better.
THose of us that have already done so, await in the garden, hoping one day the fan bases of these two ancient parties, will one day embrace, "let one thousand flowers bloom"
enjoy another week of summer-like weather
