Ravens 19, Jets 3:
Joe Flacco passed for 273 yards and a touchdown as Baltimore improved its wild-card chances by stifling visiting New York.

Jacoby Jones hauled in four passes for 103 yards and a score and Justin Tucker kicked four field goals for the Ravens (5-6), who moved to 4-1 at home and remained with a glut of teams in the AFC hovering around the .500 mark. Flacco went 17-for-26 while battling a strong wind.

Geno Smith struggled to 9-of-22 for 127 yards and a pair of interceptions as the Jets (5-6) suffered their first back-to-back losses of the campaign. New York converted just 1-of-12 third downs and committed three turnovers.

The wind toyed with both quarterbacks and kickers, though Flacco got Baltimore close enough twice in the second quarter that Tucker was able to knock it through from 26 and 33 yards to give the Ravens a 9-3 lead at the break. Going with the wind in the third quarter, Tucker booted through a 53-yard try to make it a 12-3 gap.

Smith was intercepted by Corey Graham deep in Baltimore territory with 1:33 left in the third, giving Flacco one more series with the wind at his back. He took advantage of that on the second play by heaving a 66-yard TD pass down the middle to Jones, who beat former teammate Ed Reed on the play.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Smith is 25-for-64 with no touchdowns and five interceptions in the last three games. … Jets CB Antonio Cromartie, who intercepted Flacco in the second quarter, left in the fourth quarter with a hip injury. … Baltimore RB Ray Rice was limited to 30 yards on 16 carries.
