Iowa 24, Michigan 21: Jake Rudock threw a pair of touchdown passes and Mark Weisman rushed for a score as the host Hawkeyes surpassed the Wolverines in the Big Ten Conference standings.

Rudock overcame three interceptions, including one returned for a score, to pass for 239 yards - 97 of which went to Tevaun Smith (five catches, one touchdown). Weisman rushed 17 times for 88 yards to help Iowa (7-4, 4-3) rally from a 14-point deficit at halftime en route to its third win in four games.

The Wolverines (7-4, 3-4) have lost three of their last four and now sit in fifth place in the Big Ten's Legends Division. Devin Gardner threw two touchdown passes and Brennen Beyer had an interception return for a score for Michigan, which was outgained by 249 yards in its final tuneup for next week's showdown with No. 3 Ohio State.

Iowa knotted the score at 21 with 12:11 remaining in the fourth quarter as Weisman plowed in for a 9-yard TD run and, after a three-and-out by Michigan, Rudock promptly found Smith for a 21-yard gain to ignite a drive that ended with Mike Meyer's 34-yard field goal to make it 24-21 with 6:02 left. The Wolverines had a chance to get the ball back in the final two minutes, but the Hawkeyes converted a third-and-10 when Rudock found senior tight end C.J. Fiedorowicz for 12 yards to ice it.

Michigan took a 21-7 lead into halftime on the heels of Gardner's last-minute, 9-yard touchdown pass to Jeremy Gallon - the senior wideout's eighth touchdown of the season but his first since Oct. 19. However, Iowa came out strong in the second half, scoring on a 55-yard touchdown when Rudock found Smith on the third play from scrimmage.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Gallon finished with six catches for 47 yards. He has a catch in 37 straight games, multiple catches in 17 straight games and at least five catches in six consecutive games. ... Fiedorowicz, one of 15 players honored on senior day, caught a 5-yard touchdown from Rudock in the first quarter. ...
