So I'm a BTC newbie and I tried to deposit directly to 5Dimes without using the Blockchain. Now my deposit is showing as pending, and 5Dimes doesnt recognize the address. Anyone have any experience or guideance on this? Once I sent it, I realized that I did it incorrectly :(

Just redeemed a Western Union withdrawal from 5dimes at the local bank, and they asked for my social security number? Never been asked for this before...they said they have a new format that asks for this info...including my occupation?? Little scared....anyone have a similar instance?

Guarantee the bookmakers wont allow themselves to take a bath by letting bettors middle the shit out of them in such a high profile game....Dont fool yourself into taking the Heat plus the points after the adjustments.

I rewound my DVR back to 6:30 left in the game and the score was 53-44...manziel scored a TD with an extra point....that is 60...what the fuck is going on here

i am so fucking confused....manziel ran that in and they were up 9, because the announcers said before that "and he makes the extra point to make it a 2 possession game...then he runs in the next TD to make it a 16 point game...correct?????

yea, im done with this too.....we are arguing different things Chance. My argument is simply YES there is fold equity in a push by the kings......of course he may fold. But my point is that if he folds....we did not WANT him to fold....therefore there is no fold EQUITY, and the key word is EQUITY. There is no EQUITY in a result that earns us less money!
And finally, I think it is quite humorous that you label me some clown who watches television and plays for "recreation". Half of me thinks that you a good guy.....but the other half seems to think that you are some arrogant a$$ who thinks that you are the only person that plays for a living. I never once said I play for recreation......I just dont play online......so I guess all those hours at the brick and mortar are just me having a good time, LOL

Man.....you're killing me here. I thought I made it quite clear.
I fully understand fold equity just fine. It is not an advanced concept. All I'm saying is that using a fold equity argument in this case is absurd. It isnt like this is a situation where we're shoving with a very inferior hand because we sense our opponant is weak.
In this situation, if our opponant folds, that is NOT our most optimal result. That means that we were WAY ahead. Therefore, fold equity doesnt apply.
And I never once stated that live players are superior to online players. But primarily live players and primarily online players are much different. I'm just saying that online players rely on simple math and numbers to make decisions, whereas live players sometimes have more tools at their disposal to make more read based decisions.

and for the record, before you label me as some nit.....I have only folded KK once in my life....and I was right.

Hey "expert", how in the hell are we utilizing fold equity in this hand with a push? If the villian is folding, we obviously have the best hand, so we WANT a call. If we shove and get called, we are likely only getting called by a hand that has us beat. I think there is an interesting dynamic here between live primarily live players and primarily online players. Chance it sounds like you are an online player who probably 8-20 tables cash games. When you are playing that many tables, I think any "online pro" will tell you that it is completely "standard" to get it all-in in this spot. Whereas a live player has ample time to make an appropriate read on the hand and can use past info on the player to make the best possible decision. I'm not saying one is better, or one is worse......BUT, I have seen a hell of a lot of online pros go busto in many situations that look to be obvious folds to me, but they will simply explain it by saying "it was a standard play". Just for the record, I fold here 100% of the time gien all of the information. Looks like the final aggressor in the hand was trying to trap a possible aggressive straddler with AA.....and/or, the table was aggressive period, and he figured it would be more +EV to let someone else take the lead as opposed to him killing any potential action by being the "tight guy who is finally raising".

i used to know a guy that worked at don pablos and he said that all of the mexicans had a ritual where they wrapped their wieners in the tortillas in the kitchen before serving them. I only eat Chipotle bc I can see them serve the food in front of me.
Never trust a Mexican if you cant see them

Played Event #6 of the WSOP last year in the seat directly to the right of Doyle Brunson. Was very cool for about 10 minutes, but he smelled like BenGay, so I was happy when he busted at around 45 minutes in.

it worked out in the end, but it is a terrible play......and like dewby said, the ONLY time you can ever consider doing this is if you are trying to coast in some satellite or similar qualifying tournament.
playing like this will get you nothing in the long run......
