Texas blows. Tubby keeps the Gophers close in this one. 4.5 points is to many for Texas to cover. I like Texas on the ML.
Good luck. |

I guess my thought today is win/win. Win $65 if Sox win and win $300 if Twins win.

I see your point but there is no tomorrow is the WS lose today. I can hedge today and lose my $100 to win $300. Tomorrow if I hedge and Twins win I still lose $100 off the $300. If the White Sox win tomorrow then I lose the $300 but win $100. A little confusing.

I put $20 on Twins to win the AL Central back in March. This pays off $300.00. Today White Sox play Tigers, if WS win then they play the Twins tomorrow for the AL Central title. So today do I put down $100 on the White Sox as a hedge? WS win then I will win ~$65 (WS -220 today) and if they lose then I win the $300 for the Twins winning the Central. Then tomorrow do the same thing?
What's the smart play here?? |

Anytime a defending champ is this close coming into the final day I get a little nervous. I am tempted to take Paddy at 3-1. The Shark is a big time choker and I am worried tomorrow he chokes. Although $100 million lighter in the pockets may be the motivation he needs to pull this off.

My site has Norman at 2-1 to win. I am thinking of dropping a nice chunk on the Shark to win the tournament. Harrington has me a little worried, not to mention Choi. I have $50 on Kim at 20-1 and he isn't quite out of it yet.
So the question is...pound Norman at 2-1?? |

You have an awful lot of Furyk in here. He hasn't won yet this year. Finished strong last week, hopefully he can bring that with him. Good luck.

Winner winner, chicken dinner.
Ernie Els 10-1 $100 Anthony Kim 20-1 $50 Don't waste your time on Sergio, he crumbles with the spot light on him in this one. This is a great spot for Els to play his game without worrying about chasing Tiger. I look for a strong showing from the cagey veteran. Good luck. |

Anthony Kim/ Camilo Villegas Villegas -115
Villegas has posted a 67 at the Verizon Heritage in three out of his last four rounds, including the middle two rounds in 2007. I look for him to go low again in round #2 on Friday. Good luck! |

Phil Mickelson/Tiger Woods Tiger Woods -250
Hate to lay so much chalk but I think Phill explodes today and Tiger should be in the 60's. I am going to be cheering on Immelman who I took at the end of round #2 at 11-2 odds to win it all. I think Immelman holds on for the win today. Good luck! |

You would be better off taking Casey or Flesch at 8-1 and have a chance. |

I am taking Immelman at 11-2 odds. This guy has the lead and I think today will stretch that lead even further. Waste your money on Phill and Tiger but I am riding Immelman for 2 more days and he WILL lock this up.

Rose was terrible yesterday. Today the wheels come off. |

KJ didn't go low but did enough to get the Win over Stricker. Phill looks like he did enough to make it very difficult for Tiger to beat him in round #2.

Phil Mickelson/Tiger Woods Phil Mickelson +200
Great value for Phil here, you gotta take the +200 I don't care who he is playing. KJ Choi/ Steve Stricker KJ Choi -115 I like Choi here over Stricker. Choi is tough and I see him going low on Friday. Good luck! |

3-2 so far for the tournament. I got screwed by VJ yesterday to blow a perfect day. Today I am unloading my account on Cabrera over Cink. This should be a very good match but Cabrera is hot and I will ride the lower seed all the way today. Also playing Choi over Tiger. Getting very good value on Choi in this one and Tiger hasn't looked dominant.
Good luck! |

1-1 Thus far in the tournament. Here are my picks for today.
Cabrera over Stricker - Cabrera when hot is one of the best. Today he takes this chump Stricker out. Pampling over Singh - Singh falls apart today. He has been hanging on and today he explodes. KJ Choi over Casey. Choi is better. When he is playing well he is a lot better. Wins easy today. Good Luck! |
