@unplucked_gem If you take it as a smear, that sounds like a personal problem. It is simply what I was able to ascertain for the post you made. You shared an anecdote and extrapolated your own thoughts that less qualified people were given jobs due to political correctness. I cannot wrap my head around it but it makes sense to you, so it is what it is. People do make bad hires, but it does not have to do with pressure of hiring unqualified candidates to be politically correct... in fact I would go as far to say it's the opposite but I have already explained that ad nauseum in my previous post. Your comment about who controls the purse strings makes no sense. The US is not a vacuum, we have a global economy. If the US doesn't adapt, it will simply be die off and be cast aside. The clinging to the old ways without evolving is the reason why the US is in the position it is in today.

Magas have no concept of what you posted. They just wait for their orange king to tell them what to think and say. Trump should just start posting here

How about Nathan Wade? Most qualified or given the position for political reasons? How'd that whole thing work out for either of them and/or Orange Julius?

Trump administration opposes DEI and meritocracy. But favors nepotism and rampant corruption by hiring unqualified loyalists to government. Survey of historians rank Trump as the worst president in executive appointments.

@kagakuotoko As demonstrated, factually inaccurate. Smear: 2. damage the reputation of (someone) by false accusations; slander. "someone was trying to smear her by faking letters" Your ignorance of language isn't a personal problem on my part. In your case, I believe projection is strong.
OK bro, then I would have been boxed for a personal insult to another member if that were the case... but that being said, I see you decided to engage in ad hominem now instead of rebutting my points.
Just a clown... doing clown things

That's laughable, you must be unfamiliar with the rules around here.
Out of respect for the OP's wishes, not going to waste eachother's time in his thread smashing keys that won't move the needle. You see it your way, I see it the right way and we both go about our business.
A smear isn't necessarily and insult. There is subtlety in language.

"Owens pursued an undergraduate degree in journalism at the University of Rhode Island. She dropped out after her junior year because of an issue with her student loan. After leaving college, she worked as an intern for Vogue magazine in New York. In 2012, Owens took a job as an administrative assistant for a private equity firm in Manhattan."
No mention of Owens having any experience or professional education related to solving violent crimes such as murder or politically motivated assassinations. However, it does mention she has promoted numerous conspiracy theories.

Piece of advice for you before you go down the rabbit hole with this guy. You could show him actual physical proof of something and he will still tell you trump is right and the greatest human being ever created, in fact he will tell you trump actually created trump. Just look at his post to you, hes says you see it your way and i see it the right way, instead of saying you see it your way and i see it my way. That post is a perfect example of how full of himself he is and how you are just wasting your time replying back to anything he posts to you. Just put him on ignore and dont respond, your mind will thank you Remember this is what internet trolls live for.

I'd rather be in that category than the "don't correspond with me, but I'll enter other threads to disparage you category"
I object to your label of troll as I am here for thoughtful dialog which is well documented to be above and beyond what you bring to the table. While Trump is living rent free in all aspects of your life, its becoming clear that for whatever reason I am occupying space in yours.
The good news is that i have you hanging on my every word and you're starting to detect the subtlety that have been referenced. Well done.

It's too early to tell for my personally. She was a solid voice of reason leading up to the election as a guest on many networks and has positive equity with me.
Admittedly, never really dug into any of her long forum stuff, so I am a bit ignorant in saying where she is now.
I do appreciate that she is vested enough to look at the information to see if more answers are needed.
I do maintain that a lot of interesting things can and will come out during discovery. I hope we're able to access them.
