I agree. It will be mostly negative, which is why I do think he will end up with a low ranking when it is all said and done. Just too much controversy and stigma being put out there to derail the inevitable. The build up for him was years in the making and started well before he took office the first time. Then, COVID hit, and that to me is a difficult measuring stick because it was unlike anything we had ever seen in our lifetime. Totally tanking the economies around the globe. It's like trying to measure a president during 9/11 when that as well tanked the markets and the economies around the world. Crisis management, which seems to be a tool to measure a presidents legacy, could be brought in. It's a tough one, but it is there and one has to be prepared for it if and when it happens. Just like a business has to be prepared for it as well.
