Anyone care to have a mature discussion about the possibility that Kobe only won MVP because of a lack of stars and Sportscenter? I really stress this last part. Please don't respond with something about how asses taste or sucking dick. I want some Laker fans' real thoughts on this.

His numbers are a little inflated because of a great game 1. After game 1 though, he was just average.
Game 2
10-22 FG, 8-10 FT, 4 REB, 8 AST, 7 TO
Game 3
11-25 FG, 5-10 FT, 3 REB, 8 AST, 4 TO
Game 4
11-31 FG, 8-8 FT, 7 REB, 8 AST, 3 TO
Game 5
10-23 FG, 8-8 FT, 6 REB, 5 AST, 1 TO

41.5% FG (5% lower than regualr season)
80% FT (Very unlike him, 85% regualr season)
3.75 TOs/game (2.5 in regualr season)

My vote went to Gasol. He put together one of the most, if not the most efficient series in recent memory. I think he got downplayed a lot and got the shaft from ESPN and the league because he isn't camera friendly, he isn't marketable, and he doesn't have a puppet.

I don't know who won tonight yet but I am assuming the Magic did since the EXPERTS said this series will go to a Game 6. I have been searching all over but I can't find the lines for Game 6.
