Easy money last night with the Isles/Bruins over. Lets keep this rolling along this evening.
Five of the last ten meetings between the Jets and Sabres have been decided in overtime. Have the Sabres really played that well enough to warrant being -200 faves??? Really, this play on the Jets is nothing more than trying to nail the big pooch. I do see a little bit of value with the over in this one. Ryan Miller is struggling right now and the Sabres put up 8 goals on these guys the last time they played. The over has cashed in 11 of the last 18 meetings overall, and is 5-1-2 the last eight times they have played in Buffalo. At +113, I will take a shot with the over.
One would say that the Panthers are not playing well right now with three defeats in their last 4 games, but a closer look shows us that their last six contests have been decided by only a goal. Their last 3 games were lost by the way of the shootout. This line, I believe, is trying to bait Toronto money big time. I will go the other way on this one.
The Dallas Stars have quietly been one of the biggest surprises to start this NHL campaign. With 10 wins in their first 13 games, they are the early front runners in the west with 20 points. They won their only meeting with the Caps last year, and also won the last time they played at the Verizon Center as +250 underdogs! How do you not see value with this play???
The Wild have won four straight and have played very well against their Northwest Division rivals of late. They have taken 6 of the last 8 meetings, and 10 of the last 13 overall. With this being Calgary's first game back at home after a short 2-1 road trip, i'll gladly take the Wild in this spot as a dog.
With the way the Oilers have come out of the gate, and with the way Nikolai Khabibulin has played, this is almost a must play! Khabibulin has been nothing short of remarkable! He is 6-0-2 with a miniscule 0.98 GAA and a terrific 0.963 save %. He really is giving the young Oilers a chance to win every game and has, by far, been their MVP so far. The Oilers also took both meetings last year with the Habs, and you would have to go back to November 22, 2003 to find the last time Montreal beat the Oilers in regulation. Sign me up at +125!

Am I missing something here? Is your record correct? Reason I ask is that for NHL your stats, if correct, are stellar. And I just tailed you today and made a stack of cash, so thanks for the insight and work.
Just added you to my bookmarks so keep it coming....

I have to ask myself that question everyday it seems. My posted record and units are spot on. If for some reason you don't want to believe it, just go to my space and you'll find all my daily thread postings right from the start of the season. Do the math and you will find my picks/record/units of profit are all legit. I would be lying if I told you that this is how I saw this hockey season starting out for myself, but it really has been quite the magical run so far! Long way to go though and I still have a lot of work to do, but I truly believe that the way I bet the NHL is the best possible way to make a season long, consistent profit.
