I did pretty well last pre-season so will stick my toes in the water...all will be regulation bets for sprinkles.
Tonight, Leafs bringing Marner, Matthews and other guns vs a younger Sens team. And, I cannot pick out a single name that the Oilers brought to Winnipeg while the Jets are going with Conner-Scheifele-Vilardi Morrissey and other along with Brossoit in net...
What a degenerate I must be..

Were the Kraken not on the upside last year… I don’t follow hockey much… but read a few of you guys most times… you are one I read Doc…. Wouldn’t the Kraken be a good team to blind wager for first month of season…. What are your thoughts on them… did they improve in your opinion… I would think last years squad would be fairly competitive this season with another year of experience… assuming they gel as a unit… your thoughts doc. ?.

What's up GA?? Another summer passing by and my aging bones a year older. Managed a 74 and 75 this season with a little more played than last year. Retiring next year so will look to get some low 70s by then.
Hope all is well with you. Will try to be around a bit more this season. Despite my retirement looming...job keeps me away from posting for periods of time. Looking for definite Bruins regression with one of the best defensive forwards to ever play the game hanging it up. Also...no way Ullmark repeats last season. Love the Rat getting the "C" thought it may go to McAvoy.
Will have to get my homework done fast...

I'm obviously not doc but nhl has been my money maker year after year (knock on wood)
I wouldn't just blind bet anyone
How I tackle the season is like all sports. Wait a couple weeks to see who's who and get some stats in the books... I'm mean I'll bet but not like I will as the season progresses
TTs and live period overs are my jam. It's easier to gauge as the season progresses as well.. I remember the Oilers got dogged out in either the 2nd or 3rd period a few years back and made good change on the other team
BoL... the take away. Don't bet blind.

Hey Doc, good to see you around and taking a shits and giggles attempt at pre-season pond hockey. Hope you had a great summer and got to knock your old balls around the course (can ya still do 18 holes a day at your age ?) lol. Looking forward to your take on the days games as always and hope you have a great season!
P.S. Kinda late but my condolences on the passing of Jimmy Buffett, his jest for, and outlook on life will be missed.
