Interesting news...and he may have found a loop hole by stating that his appeal is based that the league didn't follow their own rules by allowing Henry's experts present during the test...which if in fact is the case, this sample is not admissable...

I think what Titan is saying that if you get the honour of playing football for millions of dollars and the rules state don't smoke weed or you'll lose money and get suspended for a year...THEN DON'T SMOKE...Henry thinks he's above the game if he's guilty of burning.

The problem with T henry is simply that the 7 kids with 7 women or however many women PLUS THIS POT charge shows his clear and total lack of regard to his family that he must support by law and to his TEAM , who were counting on him like his family .

I read on another site that yes, he may be able to fight this, but the person he did have present as an 'expert' was affiliated with a laboratory...which is not allowed. So he may not have a case at all.

to the point of the original topic, no suspension has started yet.  there are issues surrounding the test.  sometimes these things take awhile to resolve, so who knows whether or not henry plays sunday?

Well, I have been on and off this site for 3 years or so and it hasn't changed much.


My 2 cents....  don't always judge the book by it's cover. The only thing that I would agree on is that why would you jeopardize such a great income. I do know some people that just think they are above everything and everyone. But why give up millions of dollars?  Trust me, I am  no .....     just trying to figure that one out.

I think considering he was 40-60 to play this week anyway,
