Teams that you stay away during the regular season from your Betting?

I never have any luck with these teams because I don't know how to handicap them or they are so inconsistent week to week.   

Not in any particle order; Miami Dolphins, Cincinnati Bengals, Cleveland Browns, Jacksonville Jaguars, Las Vegas Raiders, New Orleans Saints, and Arizona Cardinals.

 I put a small bet against my team, if they lose I win, if they win and I lost my bet, still very happy. HaHa. Steelers and Patriots befuddles me too!

I NEVER bet a team as a dog to cover if they have a WINNING percentage of 20% or less 

Honestly, there are always a few teams I tend to avoid during the regular season, mainly because of their inconsistency or unpredictable play style. For me, teams that have a habit of blowing hot and cold — winning big one week and losing badly the next — are usually off my radar. Also, squads dealing with frequent injuries or internal issues often don’t inspire confidence from a betting perspective.

For example, teams with shaky defenses or ones that rely too heavily on a single star player can be risky bets, especially if that player gets injured or is in a slump. I also stay cautious around teams that historically underperform against the spread despite having decent records.

At the end of the day, it’s about minimizing risk. If a team’s recent form, lineup stability, or motivation seems questionable, I usually prefer to sit that one out and wait for more predictable matchups. for more [Unapproved link]
