General rule about NFC East. Whoever wins the division previous year will not win it back to back. Hasn't been done since Andy Reid was in his prime with the Eagles and the Cowboy dynasty before it. Don't think we'll see that kind of dominance anytime soon
Cowboys will not win it again. Giants are my sleeper pick to win division and the super bowl odds are worth a shot. Everyone will be on Eagles and Cowboys but I like what the Giants have on offense. If their defense gets better watch out for the NYG

Browns don't have a QB. Bears have some potential if Cutler can put last season behind him, but people have been waiting for Cutler to put a full season together for how long now?
Maybe now that everyone has given up on him, it's fitting that he'd do it, but I wouldn't put money on it. Which is what we're talking about in this scenario.
Giants, Cowboys, Cards… yeah, those are solid odds for teams that could really make some noise.

Seattle +450....They have a chip on their shoulder because they threw away their repeat, and will annihilate the league next year. They have Jimmy Graham now, and basically the same team. Easy money this team will win it all!

We will see some interesting games involving the Giants, because of the sick passing game they are likely going to have if OBJ and Cruz stay healthy.
But for a Super Bowl run they would need to improve their defense significantly. Last season they had the 4th-worst total defense (6.0 ypa) and the 5th-worst pass defense (7.4 yppa), even though their pass rush was pretty decent. They lost guys like Rolle, Bowman, Demps & Thurmond etc. and they only added Landon Collins to their secondary. I don't see major improvements personnel wise, I think they got worse.

Prince is a #1 corner when healthy and he missed most of the season, drc is a very good corner who played injured all year. Demps left but is garbage at safety and only played cause Stevie brown was benched. Trumping mcbride is a very good nickle but was hurt all year. thurmond never played this year. Safety is a concern for sure but the secondary for the most part is solid. Spags is back and great at designing pressure on the qb. The offense can be very potent this year as well and win shoot outs. Ya never know...

Thanks for the heads-up, I checked the snap counts then.
What do you expect from the secondary, if healthy? I think with some injuries, they are in trouble. Can't see good depth.

The depth is not great at all. Saw some good things from chykie brown this year but def not much depth behind prince, drc I have more confidence in the secondary right now than the d line. Hankins is a very good DT but the other DT is a big question mark right now. They will be counting on bromley who was a highly touted draft pick (not in this years draft but prior) but the depth at DT is poor.
