Been all over these threads again so short and sweet.
Chiefs at home, Arrowhead, a different animal than playing in Cincinnati, or anywhere else, in particular for a young team. I like the Bengals and am a Joe Burrow fan, had them last week, and their day will come, but not yet. KC defense a little like the defense 2 years ago, inconsistent but made plays when they had to. They're opportunistic, 29 takeaways, 4th best in the league. Chris Jones is a game wrecker and Tyrann is a go as is starting CB Rashad Fenton, back after a 2 game absence. Mahomes and all his dynamic weapons just too much for this decent but not great Cincy defense.
Chiefs 31 Bengals 17
KC -7, -110
Rams went to Tampa and beat Brady and the defending champs, no easy task. I think they're salivating over the opportunity to silence the naysayers and dispose of their rival and nemesis. On paper they have everything they need, just can't make any dumb TOs. I believe they'll be focused, brimming with confidence after beating the GOAT. The better team wins-
RAMS 27, SF 16
RAMS -3, -120
As always good luck to all!

I pretty much agree with both your picks, but want to counter what you said about the Rams/TB game.
Quote:I believe they'll be focused, brimming with confidence after beating the GOAT.
They beat a depleted Tampa Bay team. Only the goat could have brought them back to a 16 - 16 tie with the talent he had left.
Do you think if TB was at full strength they would have still lost to the Rams? If your answer is no, then how can the Rams leave that game brimming with confidence knowing they beat an injured team.............and barely walked away with the victory.
Regardless, I still think they win........BOL to us with those picks

Bucs were minus 3 players, Godwin, Wirfs, and of course AB. I don't like speculating, injuries are part of the game. Bucs still had enough on both sides of the ball to win, and almost did. If I'm the Rams, we beat Tom Brady and the Bucs in their backyard, despite almost blowing it due to some stupid turnovers. Still with 4 TOs, Bucs only had one, the Rams won. You don't normally beat another good team with 4 TOs and they only had one. If I'm a Rams player I'm feeling dam good and ready to thump someone else, just happens to be the 9ers, which would make me even more motivated. There will be alot of emotion to quell no doubt, both ways in this game. Let's just hope the officials let them "duke itout!" GL to you!

So, you're saying the better team wins in Rams vs 49ers.
A quick check shows the the 49ers had the 7th ranked offense and the 3rd ranked defense while the Rams had the 9th ranked offense and the 17th ranked defense. What gives?

Tell you what, you can have the 9ers offense and I'll take the Rams offense all day long, and I would bet most others would too. And while the 9ers may statistically be better on defense, the Rams are capable of being just as effective. If picking winners was strictly going by statistics, there'd be alot more rich sports bettors than there are now.

Have the underon Rams/Niners game too, 46, smaller play. 9ers have gone under total 6 of the last 7 and 8 of the last 10. Rams have alternated O/U's last 10 games, going over the total vs Bucs last game. Already played it before noticing that just now. Points should be tuffer to come by in this rivalry game.
