Pittsburgh Steelers are just content with putting a popular team on the field to keep the ratings from losing & falling both. They get older vets on cheap deals who aren't the players they were when they were younger. As long as Steelers can fill the stands & increase NFL ratings all year around . From the draft to Mini Camp & pre season. Steelers are talked about all year around & that generates increased ratings and Viewership. Steelers have more prime time games than avg teams. Wether Steelers are good mediocre or great they generate MONEY $$$ !

I won a bankroll today but the Steelers need a change of coaching staff. Haven't won a playoff game in years . Steelers offensive draft picks have been busts or don't play. Steelers were a perfect dog in tonights game bc LAC both OT out w injuries yet we didn't scheme anything up to get to QB. We have NO WR2 & 3 TEs that aren't being used. in passing game. Miami coaching staff found ways to get Jonnu Smith the ball. Now it looks like he is retiring already lol

The Steelers have been in operation since 1933 and there were league championships before the Superbowls. Didn't win any until 1974 (41 years). The year Tomlin won the Superbowl, he had a HOF defensive coordinator (Dick LeBeau) and a potential HOFer in Bruce Arians as offensive coordinator.
In those early years, Tomlin wasn't allowed to stick his nose into the game planning. Those were the days, but now of course his fingerprints are all over the demise of this once proud franchise. Tomlin knows next to nothing about Xs and Os or Jimmies and Joes...one lousy evaluator of talent.
Tomlin is held to a different standard which doesn't include playoff wins. The last one came at the end of the 2016 season and they were bounced and trounced in the AFC championship game by the Pats. Their D game plan was cover zero which to them meant their free safety was burned like toast. I have had my fill of this fraud and clown.
I have ties in Pittsburgh, and I know this for a fact, he is the most hated man in the city. Tune into the radio stream of the fan from Pittsburgh if you don't believe me.
Carpe Diem!!!

31 other teams why so concerned about the Steelers? 12 teams have never won a super bowl never any diatribe about those teams why always the Steelers? Once again sitting in first place in normally the hardest division in the NFL yet always criticism very weird. What's the real problem that you have and why did you resurrect a 9 year old profile, like how do you even remember the password, this place is weird.

Weird how the Steelers in 1 week need to get rid of Tomlin; that will never happen till he retires. Last week they were the talk of the league with sacks and take aways against the Colts. Yeah Pickens would be nice if he was still here but he decided to piss the locker room last couple of years.

Only the 6 highlighted teams have a 50% or better chance to make the playoffs.
Out of those teams, how many do you really trust to win a playoff game this year. Especially considering how many have a young and playoff inexperienced QB. Then consider how many will likely be on the road.
It is so very, very hard to get to the playoffs and, of course, even harder to win. It is also very much harder to do it year after year.
Dolphins 24 years
Raiders 22 years
Bears 14 years
Jets 14 years
Cardinals 9 years
Panthers 9 years
Broncos 9 years
Steelers 8 years
Falcons 7 years
Colts 6 years
Chargers 6 years
Patriots 6 years
Vikings 5 years
Seahawks 5 years
Titans 5 years
Browns 4 years
Saints 4 years

There is your mistake listening to the Fan. By all means the worse talk show on Pittsburgh sports. They still believe in Nutting and think they will make the playoffs. Same talk after last 15 years, Yeah the Steelers have been put down after not having a playoff win in years, I agree with the noise. After all, I have been a seat license season ticket holder from 3 Rivers to Acursure the last 35 years. Season is far from over, my God.
