Sunday Plays
Saints -8.5 (-110) 2 Units: This is a GREAT spot to back the Saints. They will host and feast on the Kansas City Chiefs. The Saints have a date with the Packers in Lambeau in week 4 waiting for them and heading to GB in an 0-3 hole isn't happening. Sure that doesn't 100% translate to a cover, but I think we will see blow out in this one. The Saints got beat by playmakers in week 1 (RG3) and week 2 (Newton), the Chiefs don't have one. Jamal Charles is the closest guy you can think of as a playmaker but he isn't 100% healthy and has yet to regain his form. Cassel is gonna have to be throwing the ball alot in this game with the Chiefs in a hole and that doesn't bode well for them at all. Saints roll big here
Falcons +3 (-105) 2 Units: It wouldn't surprise me at all if the Falcons won this game SU, but I was burned last week taking the Ravens in a similar spot. They ended up covering the spread and but lost on the ML. It's only a few weeks into this season so im gonna play it a little conservative while the feeling out process is still going on. I like the Falcons this year alot though, Matt Ryan is starting to look like an elite QB. The offense weapons he has with Jones, White and Gonzalez is pretty sick. The Chargers first 2 weeks coming against the Raiders and Titans isn't that impressive. If the Bolts beat the Falcons on Sunday, ill give them some credit. Regardless I see this be a tight game and ill take the points in that situation.
Lions -3.5 (-115) 1 Unit: Stafford and Company should be able to feast on the Titans in this game. The Titans are downright awful and Locker has a long way to go. Chris Johnson hasn't been anywhere close to the where he was a few season ago. I think we will see a 7-10 point Lions victory here.
Best of luck to everyone on Sunday
