Question about the Panthers

Wanted to confirm that if they win against Sea then their division is won and doesn't matter the result next week against the Bucs as they'd win the tie break by beating the Seahawks.  Am I reading that right?

 Panthers need to win and Bucs need to lose and they clinch

otherwise week 18 is for all the marbles if panthers lose

If both teams win tomorrow and Bucs win the final game they would be tied in every category except the Panthers would have the better conference win record which I thought was used as a tie break.  Or am I wrong?

Right now Car is 6-4 in conference record and TB is 5-6. If Car lose the next 2, they both will be tied @ 6-6. Then the next tie breaking would be common opponents record. Here are tie breaking system:

"The NFL tiebreaker system is a multi-step process for playoff seeding and division titles, starting with head-to-head results, then moving to division/conference records, common opponents' records, strength of victory/schedule, point differential, and finally a coin toss, with specific rules for two teams versus multiple teams, prioritizing divisional winners and then common games"

 No sir.  TB controls their destiny.  If they win out they win the division, no matter what Carolina does against Seattle.

Now if Tampa loses and Carolina wins, then Carolina wins the division.

Correct.  It is 'the common teams' tiebreaker that would decide it.  TB wins it on that tiebreaker.
