Yes. But what hurt in 1H was the wasted timeout when play clock was running down early in half. Teams waste timeouts too much doing that. Take the penalty. Save the timeout--unless you are within striking distance. That hurt not having TO there.
The situations were completely different. and the Giants managed to screw up both times. In the first, they would have had time for 3 plays if they had passed. Nobody can deny that it was a major mistake. The last play, on the 1 yard line, I think they made the wrong call, but it is debatable. Obvious defensive penalty on that play too.

Not the wrong play without the hold. Perfectly executed. Great pass. Open receiver. Defense never saw it coming (which is why the hold happened because the defensive player had to try something) The entire defense was playing run. They chose a play that had a great chance of working
Very debatable, but to end the first have with 0 points and getting the ball to start the 2nd half was plum ignorant. 2-3 plays to punch it in with passes. Last play of the game, which the PI call wasn’t called and it should’ve been. Same token only pass play that should’ve been executed would’ve been a fake handoff to Barkley up the gut, and with a receiver and TE rolling with Taylor to the right for two opportunities. Lastly, can’t be wrong for giving it to Barkley for a run up the gut either. Pathetic as they should’ve won this game hands down. Cost me a ton of money
