I don't expect many people to read this thread or take my picks seriously but here's a little reasoning on how I came up with these picks....
N.E. (-8)....Weather Weather Weather...these guys live, work, and practice in it. I believe that the defense should create some favorable opportunites and turn them into points. AZ doesn't really have much to play for what so ever and we could very well see Leinart get most of the time to protect Warner. I would be very suprised if AZ is able to put up more than 7 in this game. Oh..in addition...teams traveling from West to East have a 1-16 record.
Tampa (3.5)...I used to live in SD (5yrs) and really grown to love that team. Ever since the loss to Denver w/ help my the offiials btw..they haven't been the same. In they're last 8 games, the only teams they have beat are KC (twice) and Oak...as well as only covering 2 times ATS. They are traveling West to East as I pointed out in the NE thread..those teams are 1-16 overall. Tampa needs this win just as bad as SD and are 6-0 at home this season and with 4 returning Def. Linemen coming back..Rivers will have his hands full and will turn the ball over multiple times giving TB prime opportunity to turn those into points. Oh...SD love to choke when they're backs are against the wall....seen it too many times.
At least that's how I see it. Everyone and Anyone is welcomed to show me a different side incase there is something that have missed or if you feel I'm way off.
