Cowboys -7 REDSKINS - With both teams out of the playoff picture this shapes up as a preseason type game. Dak Prescott insists he's gonna play for Dallas, but why would the organization risk injury to their franchise player in a meaningless game? Marcus Mariota may or may not play for Washington, and judging from this line I'm guessing not. Josh Johnson didn't show me much last week vs. the Eagles.
Lions -7' VIKINGS - Detroit's playoff hopes are on life support, but they catch a break with rookie QB Max Brosmer starting for Minny with J.J. McCarthy out. Still, the Lions' offense has been hit and miss this season, with last year's OC Ben Johnson now HC at Chicago (and how 'bout them Bears!). Also, someone needs to explain to Dan Campbell that kicking a field goal in some circumstances isn't a bad idea.
Broncos -13' CHIEFS - Denver might still be licking its' wounds after being humbled at home by Jacksonville last week. Kansas City is a trainwreck; eliminated from the playoffs, Patrick Mahomes and backup Gardner Minshew both out, along with both starting tackles and their top two corners. The questions I have are, do the Chiefs have any pride left after being embarrassed at Tennessee last week? And might the Broncos be peeking ahead to what could be a massive showdown with the Chargers next week for the AFC West title? It's worth noting that every Broncos road game this season has been decided by seven points or less! Weird shit happens all the time in the NFL. If I can get +14 I might bite.
