Kenny Clark and 2 first rounders is what I am hearing. 

Gave me a good reason to bet Packers week 1 as I was already leaning them at -1.5 before trade news

Packers might’ve given up a little too much. Clark is a stud. And you give up 2 first rounders?

Kenny Clark graded out at only 59.3 by pff last year. He's 29 years old and maybe his best years are behind him.

But I get what you're saying, it is a lot to give up especially two first rounders. It may hurt the pack down the road.

But the question is, "are the Packers ready to win now?"

You don't make a trade like this if you don't feel like this to be the case. I guess that they have a lot of faith in Jordan Love(personaly I think he's mid tier) to be the guy, and now a stellar defensive dude to help on the other side of the ball.

We'll see how DC Jeff Hafley uses him, he's a Swiss army knife.

Nice write-up as so many of yours are, but personally I would hesitate to use the word 'stellar' to describe Parsons when a run stop is needed. To take him out of any game, all you need to do is run straight at him. 
This whole clown car of overpaying edge rushers (not only Parsons) will prove to be money misspent IMO. Best of luck in 2025! 

If parsons’ back thing jerry keeps talking about really isn’t anything then trade doesn’t seem bad. Only 2 players in nfl history have had 12+ sacks in each of their first four years, reggie white and Micah parsons. Agree I wouldn’t want to give an edge rusher the money they are wanting. Lawrence Taylor derrick Thomas reggie white are about the only ones I’d feel comfortable paying that type money.
