Cleaned up in Championship week going 3-0 in NCAAF. Tonight, I love this play and think Many have jumped off the Eagles Money train. Even I have bet against them over the last few weeks and made a killing. Tonight, we jump back on this gravy Train, and here's why:
EAGLES -2 (-115)
Taking the Eagles at -2 is a sharp move that capitalizes on a market inefficiency created by recent panic. Despite the Eagles entering this Monday Night Football matchup on a two-game losing streak and facing scrutiny over their offensive struggles, the oddsmakers have made them the favorites. This tight spread is a direct correlation to the fact that professionals know the Eagles are capable of turning things around when the pressure is highest.
The Eagles have a demonstrated track record of playing up to the level of their competition. While their record currently sits at 8-4, their success in high-leverage games against quality opponents like tonight, shows this team thrives when the lights are brightest and the stakes are highest. They have the talent, leadership, and Super Bowl-winning core to snap out of a slump, and this specific, low spread we got tonight is the market's subtle admission that Philadelphia's true ceiling is still higher than their opponent's.
This game is a must-win to solidify the NFC East lead and maintain their position for the number one seed. Expect the Eagles to rely heavily on their dynamic run game with Saquon Barkley and quarterback Jalen Hurts, a strategy that has traditionally worn-down tough opponents. This is where the defense, despite recent struggles, delivers a critical fourth-quarter stop, allowing the Eagles to secure a win by a single, necessary field goal to cover the minimal spread if need be. The Eagles are 4-5 ATS in games they were favored by -3 or less. Their only loss coming against the Cowboys on the road in Hostile Divisional rival territory where the BOYS gutted out a close but much needed win.
Lay the chalk with the better team needing to get out of their slump to commit to a playoff and possible Super-Bowl run

This game is a toss up in my opinion. In those games points are valuable. I know this is an AI write up (or mop up from whatever you input), but not shade here. The Eagles will be without Jalen Carter and Lane Johnson. This evens the playing field, imo. Chargers will have to keep Herbert in shotgun or pistol formation due to his hand. If Omarion Hampton brings added juice to a run game that has already been gelling, and if Jamaree Salyer continues to shore up the LT position in Rashawn Slater's absence then we're going to have ourselves a game.
The Eagles are still the Eagles, though, so if you have faith in them that -2 is a small spread to cover.
BOL.

jalen carter only got 2 sacks this year!! i was shocked when i found that out 1-2 weeks ago. that guy hasnt lived up to the hype AT ALL this season. cooper dejean made like no plays this year either. the only stud on that defense is quintanamo bay
lane johnson missing is critical too.
and since shaquon isnt carryin jalens weak a$$ this year, jalens been forced to be the hero and is under delivering

It's way more of a must win for the Chargers the Eagles have the Raiders and Washington 2x and can win the division just by winning those games and those teams stink.
This game and at Buffalo are the toughest but they actually don't need them to win the East.
Eagles are better than the Chargers but their defense is getting torched through the air and the offense is getting stuffed. A hard nosed defense and trip to the west coast isn't a prime spot in their current form
However, I think the last 2 games are due to the fact that Dallas doesn't lose to div teams at home (and some bad idiotic muffed punt) and then just being flat off the loss to their rival and on a short week. Playing on Black Friday is stupid. They were probably hung over and feeling fat.

The Eagles will have a home crowd in L.A. That is the unfortunate truth. They did so when they played the Rams at SoFi as well. Kudos to their fanbase for travelling well, and the ones that have moved to L.A. from Philly. I have 3 coworkers who didn't know each other before moving here still support the team. We have a lot of transplants.
Anyway, I don't think either team will blow the other away.

I'm from Philly, u have no idea what u are talking about. Jalen Hurts inability to take snaps from under center because he lacks the knowledge to go through his progressions, and holds the ball for over 6.5 seconds before making a decision. Also, the biggest reason they are playing bad is Hurts is on his 5th OC in 5 years! This guy Patullo, a joke, no motion, everything out of shotgun, doesn't keep the D guessing pass or run, so everyone puts 8 in the box. BTW, DTs aren't supposed to have high sack totals, J.Carter takes on double & triple teams for other players to make plays. Learn the game b4 u talk like u know. How bout your cowgirl, lol.

Linelord, thank you for you proficiency in picking games this year. You have saved me/made me allot of money and for that I am very appreciative. I know and understand that you will not win every game, and I am sure the trolls will jump on you as soon as lose one! But there are allot of us out here who appreciate you and your expertise. Keep up the good work and thank you again. Happy Holidays..........

Great pick bad results and these type of game will take place! I too was on the Eagles, am I tease about the L 100% but I also know out of 100 times its for sure less than 10% the Chargers come away with that type of win!
Look forward to your next post!
