That is probably the funniest thing I've ever heard in my entire life, no lie because I could tell that the guy who posted this was being serious, and Tony G might be the BIGGEST team player I've ever seen

Tony Gonzalez is a damn good blocker, has he ever been critisized(sp?) of being a average blocker? Nope, never. Witten doesn't "easily" get the edge there, even if he is a better blocker, which is still very debatable. So everyone, stop with the hands down he's a better blocker.
Jersey, Romo spreads the ball around but Witten is still his #2 look in the offense, he gets tons of looks. Not to mention the Dallas offense is better which leads to longer drives and more pass attempts. Romo has 23 more pass attempts than Thigpen, and playing 1 less game. In a passing offense like Dallas, there is never a shortage of balls.
Tony G. is a team player, never causes drama, always gives it his all. He asked to be traded near the end of his career? So what, what HOF player wants to waste away on a awful football team. Jason Taylor said the same thing, wasn't gonna hold out, wasn't gonna cause problems, wasn't gonna dog it on plays, just asked to be traded. He asked to be traded, not demanded to be traded.
Tony G has never been critisized for being an average blocker, or for not being a team player. Guys are crasping at straws here.
Witten has a LONG LONG ways to go to be arguably the best TE to ever play(LOL guys are so far over the top here), while Tony Gonzalez IS arguably the greatest TE to ever play in the NFL.

LOL, what a complete douche bag you are.
Tony G - 78 rec 879 yards 7 td's
Jason W - 64 rec 771 yards 3td's
Even if Witten was, it's not as absolute as you try and make it out to be. Nice try, thanks for playing.
Damn.

Well I guess if you want to talk about YPC being the most important stat then you might want to look at Tony Scheffler and Zach Miller.....Witten is a beast but there are still missing a couple of nice tight ends out there.....U are forgetting about Gonzalez, Heap, Gates, Shockey-when healthy
