i have the exact same scenario, and considering the cashout or hedge myself.
Have one on bovada to win 1173 with a 558 cash out option... Makes sense to do a small hedge pre game and then maybe look for a live spot to hedge at plus money if rams can get up early

Yes, I will be that a-hole and say why do so many people ask about hedging.
If you liked the game enough to put it in a the parlay, you should keep it. Otherwise you wouldn't have put it there in the first place.
Usually people ask about hedging parlays where there's multiple games left, which you can't really hedge. That is not the case here. It's pretty dang obvious how to hedge this one, you simply bet whatever you want on the Niners.
I dunno your financial situation, but unless you're a kid or in a bad situation, $900 is not something most people need to hedge out of. If it is, the answer is simple. No one knows your situation. No one knows how much a $200 or $400 hedge would mean to you.
But again, the answer is very simple. You can hedge up to $400 by simply betting against yourself and taking the Niners -1.5. However much you want to hedge is up to you and your financial situation.
And if you are going to hedge, try and do it soon because the line is moving towards -2 Niners on some sites.

@icanwinsomeday
50$ bet? 100$? $400 2-teamer?
Need more context
Sounds like losing the initial stake isn't a big deal to u so you could just ride it out....
How many parlays do you make weekly? Just 1? 5? 10?
If its your only ticket this week and you only need to hit 1-2 tickets a year to make profit for the season do you let it ride??

I'm in the same boat. I bet a six team parlay and only threw down 5 dollars to win 263.00 dollars. Have a cash out for 110.00 or ride it out tonight. Picked the Rams to win. Doing some more research this afternoon.

@NFLMafia613
110/5 = 22
Highly unlikely u can continue to hit 6-teamers at a 1/22 rate ....unless u take the money and only make 15-20 more 5$ parlays all season and lock in profit
263/5= 52.5
Possible to hit 6-teamers at a 1/53 rate but still might not hit at that rate

These are tough. My rule is if it pays over 3k I'll hedge a little bit and it's usually just my wager x2 not half or a substantial amount. No reason to do them if your not going to follow all the way through with it.

Hedge your initial wager on rams +1.5.
Wait for an in game live opportunity to get rams at + odds on the ML.
Always hedge brother. This is a turtle race in the end....take profits when you can and eliminate any risk of losing money when you can

It’s not life changing money just let it ride or hedge half plain and simple

@OverAmbassador
That's why we need context...if he a $20 bettor a week 900 is a lot...
If he's betting $500 a week its just a weeks worth + a bit
