I have their power ratings equal as of week 2 ... Chicago is definitely going to slide

 Imo take the over should be a lot of points . Dallas gave up 37 to the giants yesterday so bears should score on them too. Bears defense has some injuries dallas should exploit that.

 While the situational angle favors Chicago, they should not be a 7 pt fav over anybody. The line makes sense, I had them as 1.5 pt faves. You could however, make a case that you feel based on the situation there is another 6 pts of value on chicago. I wouldnt say theres that much, but if the line was Chicago -3.5 or -4, given the situation I would be indifferent in who I'd take at that number
