Dude has no situational awareness. Had one decent season regressed horribly
@ossnya10
Crazy statement to say hes not NFL caliber. His offensive line is horrible, he has no time whatsoever. What they should be doing is throwing out the play action and run some quick throws.

he was always average,he had some overvalued games in his rookie year and the talking heads who know nothing made him a top qb much like they have done with Daniels in Washington

Texans should have kicked fg when they got stopped and they would have won the game. There’s coaching decisions all over the nfl the past 4 or more years has been more of a problem than the players. So called analytics but analytics is under 35% conversion since they started this bs I’m sure.

This is true. I cant even count the number of games I've seen lost in the last few years bc they refuse to kick a fg when theres tons of time remaining. There was still like 8 mins of game left at that point and your defense is playing well. Same thing happened with chicago last week. Doesnt kick a fg to go up 10-0 in the first freakin quarter against a team that couldnt even get a first down and whos only shot at winning was defense. And guess what? You lose by 3. Insanity.
These guys with the analytics are thinking about it all wrong. Yea you might have x% chance of making the 1st down, but that doesnt factor in anything happening after. On that same drive you could have a turnover or any number of things happen where you dont get any points and then later in the game it changes every decision bc youre playing w a 1 score lead instead of 2, or youre down 2 scores instead of 1, etc.
The analytics of making a particular 1st down are only pure if its a make or break situation. Most of the time its not. Plus the numbers are based on all teams including the Bills and Eagles who have QBs that can almost always get 1 or 2 yds. You gotta know if you have a team that can execute that or not.
Andy Reid and Bill Belichick always take the points and they have a lot of superbowls.
