May this be your best season to date 

Odmakers are begging bettors to take the defending SB champion Rams as a home home underdog.....You could make a case for either side ,but why bother taking Buffalo or LA , this game is probably a coin flip at best !!!

My likely only standard wager on the game ( 1+ UNIT) is a player prop ..Strongly believe there is great value in Gabe Davis coming off the greatest playoff recieving in NFL history ( arguably I guess 8-201 and 4 TD ) ....

GABE DAVIS OVER 60.5 RECIEVING YARDD 

$275/250.   1.25 UNITS 

Mr Perimeter is primed for a huge season..He could go over this lowly number on one play ...For what it's worth my projections have 6-8 catches for 84-118 yards 0.88 + TD ..

SMALLER PLAY 

ZACK MOSS TD +340 

$80/272  0.4 UNITS 

MOSS established himself in camp and the pre season games as the goal line/short yardage back...If by chance he doesn't suit up the bet is canceled ...

May start looking into the TD props as the season wears on. Typically good odds and you can see which teams/qbs favor certain players near the end-zone

Spot on Brother ...QB favoring targets  and team play calling tendencies in the red zone helps find nice player TD props .

I think the player props overall offer better value and possibly hit at a higher % than betting ATS or over the game totals ....

I keep thinking how Cincy moved the ball on LA in the 1st half of the SB and the fact that Stafford is another year older.I imagine there has not been many times where SB winner opens the  season as a dog and at home no less.I doubt i will mess with it but kinda feel the public is backing the winner here. I disagree   The line opened at a pk and the books have simply adjusted the number to even out their action   When people throw out phrases like "the book is begging or wants" it implies they know the outcome of the event which is simply untrue  Good fortune with all your plays

I think that Davis prop goes up closer to 70 before kickoff ...

That's never a good sign unless your Brady led Pats...

When's last time Champs were dogs at home in first game...

Most people i believe will see this and jump on the home dogs....

Buffs defense will be better this year ....

Offense will be same....

Tough call...

My heart says Buff all the way.....

But head says betting Buff as road faves is never good....

Best bet for me is the total.....

like the rams..but tis a coin flip...so im betting rams cause i like buffalo...proper bet...maybe this game goes under...dodgy offences v smart defences...can stafford and his icky shoulder shred buffalo...maybe...can buffalo put up 20 points on the rams..i doubt it...

I don't think I've ever seen a SB winner open the season as a dog ...Maybe it's happened but not sure in my lifetime....

Total coin flip IMO ...Don't trust the NFL in these major primetime spots ...Last 7 NFL playoff games came down to the final seconds , this one might as well ..

Maybe Brother ...I never trust those % of the money the bookmakers put out ( although they are fun to see ) ...

I was shocked to see this line not open at RAMS -2/2.5 ....Casual Joe Bettor is going to gave a hard time passing on Rams ML at plus odds ...

Nothing would suprise me here,  BILLS win by 1 or 2 points ...

Do have some major concerns about McDummy in close games ( 0-6 last year) ...

You're spot on the books have no idea what the outcome will be ( sorry didn't mean to imply that ) ....

Close wins/losses have proven to not be repeatable.

I pointed that out about the Bills couple years ago when they did very well and BAM they get hammered in close wins/losses.

0-6 is not repeatable, Bills will have a winning record in close wins/loses this season, I it may all start in week 1, they'll have more close wins after week 1 then all of last season.

 I agree , they can only have more than 0 close wins,  almost impossible to repeat that ( I Hope ) ..

I'm the harshest critic of McDermott....The staff and him did a horrible job of in game adjustments in close games last year ....

In the 70 mph wind game it took Mcdummy and Frazier 3.65 quarters to put 5 D lineman in despite the Pats over throwing the ball only 1 facking time  . .The Patriots were - negative yards once 5 DL was implemented...My Father who coached football his whole working life was calling for this basic pop Warner strategy before the game ...

They refused to run the ball or throw quick screens vs rhe Steelers despite Watt and Co living in rhe backfield on plays that needed an eternity to develop...

The Jaguars loss to Urban Meyer was an abomination ..The offensive play calling was some of the worst I've ever seen ( says alot for someone who watched the abysmal Bills in 84 and 85 ...

I could go on and on,  but I'll probably smash my phone while ranting about the biggest choke in Buffalo sports history/13 seconds ( we have had a ton of them 

Fired 2 bills on Davis over 57.5 at -118 a few moments ago. Has the line gone down elsewhere?

It went to  60.5  over -117 before moving to the current 61.5 over --113 here at Seneca Buffalo/Bet Rivers

We ( Cuzzo and his buddy have much more in than I do )  helped pound this up to over 61.5 -113 currently at Seneca Buffalo /Bet Rivers...Was waiting in the sportsbook for Sundays player props to be released ( as told) , never happened to a few of us put more down on our favorite prop for Thursday ( posting a few more shortly) ..

What's up brother..........I put a $500 bet on Buffalo ML 6 weeks ago at -125.

Buffalo is the more complete team and as I said before, I am all in on them this year  if they don't win it this year and are a healthy team, McDumbshiit needs to be fired.
