You cannot spread out on the 1yd line in PRO FOOTBALL that works in college not pro the LB"s are too fast and the d line gets too much penetration on the snap the reason it works in space is because the defense falls back for coverage in the endzone its too tight a space.

If carolina or SF lines up in that formation the defense know the QB is gonna sneak.
