My picks:
Indiana -7.5 (This is a large spread, but I think Indiana should cover by double digits without a problem. Indiana has so many shooters, and Milwaukee doesn't even play smack defense. I do not think Milwaukee have enough fire power to match Indiana 's points. Give me Indiana by 15+ at home.)
Over 221.5 Indiana/Milwaukee (These 2 teams have their fair share on offense. Both of these 2 teams like to run and up down the court. I don't understand why this total is so low. The last 4 games, the total on average is around 227 and now 221.5. The last four games have been 2 Unders and 2 Overs. To me this total is a Vegas gift. There is no other way to put it. This last game win and lose go home will all out. I will absolutely take the Over easy $$$!
Detroit +5.5 (Ah Yes Detroit got screwed by the no call and the referee just say sorry my bad. Lol Anyway, I think Detroit will have some lame phantom fouls to make up the miss call, but I think that will bot be enough. It's going to be a 1 or 2possession game around 2-4 points either way. These 2 teams have been playing closely tight. Detroit have always start out strong but could not finish the game. The pressure is on them but I think this game is going to be a nail biter. I believe Detroit +5.5 covers but NY advances.

Boston -11.5 (Boston have covered the spread 3-1. I think Boston too much experience and too much talent. They like to blow out weak teams at home. I believe they will cover Boston -11.5. Boston moving on the 2nd round. Boston by 20+)
