I think I right the ship today. Despite an odd fixturing quirk of alternating home and away games from Dec 15 for the Hornets, I think that taking the points here gets a much-needed W.
Crowder is out for Memphis and Anderson is questionable so this could be a question of depth for Memphis tonight with bench players needing to play a bigger role than they ordinarily would. Charlotte, whilst not a great team, have actually been running into some hot teams of late, going down in OT to OKC after getting beaten easily by the Celtics, and almost covering the spread against a Utah team which beat the Clippers SU last night.
Memphis on a b2b after a loss against Denver. I watched the last half-dozen minutes of that game and whilst that doesn't constitute "capping", the eye test told me Denver had all the answers and Memphis looked to be outclassed. Nikola Jokic ran rampant before a late exit on fouls.
I don't know if they are more than one possession superior to Charlotte right now.

My picks are absolute crud lately - think I'm 1 for my last 7 posted plays. Trying to use logic, looking at situations and schedule and recent opponents is simply not working. Time for a little hiatus to refresh methinks.
It's timely in these inevitable rough patches to reinforce the value of sound bankroll management - I'm only a recreational bettor but chasing in these situations is a recipe for blowing up your betting bank, and your psyche. It's a marathon, not a sprint.

This League can make even the best cappers frustrated, confused and frankly disheartened at times.
I've made a lot of mistakes and learned a lot of lessons over the years (mind you I'm only 33) but so often the "easy obvious" winners are anything but....
What I know for sure is this: you have to be constantly adapting and evolving your methods; you need a combination of hard work/research, a Data-based program AND the "feel" that only comes from years of watching basketball and tracking trends....
....and it still might not be enough...
I commend your discipline and understanding of bankroll management.
