lawrence phillips (fantastic nfl career btw lol) geometric progressions are 1-2-4-8-16-32 etc.....here's an example- let's say you were to bet $10 on orlando -3 first quarter, if they don't cover, you double up on your next bet, betting $20, if you lose that, you bet $40 on your next bet, lose that, bet $80.....etc.....
however, if you win a bet, you always go back to the original amount bet the first time, so if you bet $10 on orlando -3 and won, then your next bet would be $10 again, once you win, always go back to the original anount bet....i plan on stopping after each win for the day. i did like the idea of doing one pick per day and doing the geometric progressions that way, but this is more fun esp. when i have absolutely nothing else to do tonite and we have a less than compelling saints/falcons game for mnf....it also gives me a chance to make profit every day. be careful tho, you gotta have a decent bank roll to back you up if you go on a losing streak- each win is designed to profit you the original amount bet. best of luck
