They both will play. It’s official but who knows how effectively. Correa has been garbage for a while now. Minimum super inconsistent. Lewis one of the few bright spots. Hopefully not this series.

Good luck Jesron. I think you have the better team. But they have a history of not showing up. I believe the Jays have been bounced from the Wildcard round in 2 of the last 3 years (2020 & 2022), not making it at all in 2021. Hope that changes for you.

That's for the well wishes Kaufee. Nothing would be better than to see the Twins go down 0-1 in the series on my birthday and hopefully see Rocco Baldelli one more foot out the door. Time to change things up with the Twins. He is no different than Gardy and if anyone knows me at all don't get me started on that worthless manager.

Twins ate 0-18 in playoff games since 2004. I'll be taking Toronto 100 percent 

Well the Twins couldn't have looked better (other than offensively) than they did today. But if you dive deeper into the boxscore you will see that all three runs came off the bat of Lewis who legitimately has carried the team (when healthy) the second half of the season. The Jays jumped on Lopez first pitch far far far too often. If you give Lopez enough rope he often gets wild and will hang themselves. The Jays has runners in scoring position with less than two outs 4x and failed to score a single run (only run was a two out hit). Jays had mistakes on the base paths that cost them a run. Nearly hit a 3 run moon shot that was robbed by a great defensive play. The Twins bullpen actually shutout someone. Jax who is pathetic gave up a lead off double and then proceeded to strike out the side (I still can't figure that one out). Twins closer even gave up a two out walk to the #9 hitter and the Jays could do nothing with it. Bottom line is these types of mistakes typically kill the Twins but today they got away with each and every mistake. 

Game #2 Berrios comes back to town. I love the over in this game. Jays know they have to score and Twins have to try to keep up if they are going to move on. Plus some of the best bullpen was used today. If Jays can win game #2 the Twins asses will pucker up pretty hard for game #3. BOL to all!

If you've been watching the Jays the last 2 - 3 years, the offence shits the bed in the playoffs. This year was no different. Congrats to Twins fans....that was a long time coming. The Jays seem to be the punching bag joke come playoff time.

It'll be interesting to see what happens next season as the FO has stated the last 2 years that they've been aiming for the division title and have failed MASSIVELY the last 2 seasons. I don't see the Jays getting better with this core and Vladdy being on this team. He's an immature clown and needs to grow up. Hopefully they'll fire all the hitting coaches and bring in some better guys.
