Hey Gil I just don't see how you can bet against Morrow in this situation. What makes you think that the A's bats will be able to cool him off? They Blue Jays could be sitting in first place in the AL East if it weren't for 7 blown saves already. To think that if our bullpen would  not have choked that we could have won so many games with the hitting being as poor as it is so far is incredible. The biggest question makr this year was starting pitching and they are absolutely phenomenal thus far. Now if we could actually close out a game and it the damn ball, well I think we all know how dangerous this team will be. But until then, all we can do is wonder when those bats and the bull pen will start performing.

What makes you think the Blue Jays bats are going to wake up even against a pitcher in Tyler Ross who has back-to-back poor outings?


Odds of Brandon Morrow pitching 4 quality starts, I believe are slim, which was why I was refreshing my book repeadetly this morning waiting to jump on the A's. 


Will I be shocked if Morrow is lights out today?  YES
Will I be shocked if the A's bats are horrendous?  NO

Exactly the same way with the BRONCOS I have wagered on them probably 4 times in my lifetime and am a whopping 0-4

Morrow hasn't pitched 4 straight quality starts throughout his career... and that's what my money is on today + the Blue Jays continuing to slump with their bats.
