I have health insuarance, and somehow it went down in the hospitals records that I didnt. So I have bill collectors calling me, and mt credit score got messed up. It was a living hell. After about a year and a half non-stop back and forth they tell me every thing is fine. Yet when I got my credit report its still on there
I am considering suing the hospitol for messing everything up

Wrong! They keep calling me looking for the PREVIOUS cell phone owner. Or they call me when my deadbeat brother unknowingly uses me as a reference. Bill collectors are virtually brain-dead nuisances to society.

I've got one calling for my sister (who I haven't seen in 8 years)
I've already told them 3 times she doesn't live here, I don't know where she is, and to stop calling my house. I tried blocking the number but I guess they are spoofing it on the caller id. They've called once a day for about 6 weeks now, I just let it go to the machine.
I have more respect for the guy that picks through the trash every week, at least that's honest work.

And that is the right thought. Unfortunately, having been out of work for a while, I may find myself on the receiving end of those phone calls as well. By then, my views of debt collectors may very be different.

There have been threads on here where guys ask for advice dealing with their bookie who wont pay off on their big winning day, the advice they get goes something to the effect of "do you own a bat?", "fuck his wife in the ass", "shoot him", "park your car in his driveway".
Now when one of the posters is on the other side of the debt, it is ok to complain about someone putting in some effort to get paid. Lets just hope that the debt collectors dont read this site, or they might end up parked in your driveway while fucking your wifes ass.
