If you go to a casino to play craps for fun, great.  Im not judging you.

But if you try and tell me that you go to a casino to make money, and you play craps - that is contradictory.

Thats it.  Not so hard to understand.  Lots of people take up neg EV ventures in life for different reasons.  If the fun is worth the money to you, more power to you.  You misunderstand my point.

My point is simply this:  mathematics and probability preclude every single discussion of hot dice, cold shooters, pressing, systems, mm, playing the field, playing the inside numbers, or combinations of all of the above.  READ THAT AGAIN.

Whenever somebody starts discussing how they play craps, they are immediately and BY DEFINITION stating that whatever they propose is A LOSING SYSTEM.  Now - they may lose LESS than somebody else, but every craps system is a losing system, some lose less, some lose more.

As for me, I rarely play craps or any casino games because I dont have fun, and you cant win.  So for me, thats a losing formula, but I fully understand how some find the fun worth the investment.

You dont understand how this would work because it will never work.

Simple law:  You cant multiply, stagger, or use any combination of negative EV propositions to turn it in to a positive EV.  EVER!!

And since every bet on the craps table is a negative EV, if you choose to play craps, the best way is to do what NY928 suggests above and bet a line bet with max odds.  This is the best of the worst - and it only gets worse from there.
