Love Louisiana Tech in this spot. Driskel had 5 touchdowns and didn't play the entire game as backup QB's got some time in the game.
LA Tech rolled up 587 yards on offense in their opener and know how to light the scoreboard up. The defense for LA Tech also forced 3 turnovers. Many players got rotated in so the starters should be well rested. Look for Western Kentucky to score less.
Saturday Game LSU -3 (25 Units)
LSU has won 21 of 22 against Miss State and 14 straight before losing to Miss State last year.
Mississippi State is returning 4 starters on offense and 4 starters on defense.
I think Dak Prescott's luck runs out on Saturday and history starts to repeat itself favoring LSU.
More to come. Wishing the best of luck to all of you!

OK, let me preface that this by stating up front I am a Miss. St. homer but here are some points you might like to know:
1) yes they lost some starters but most of these were rotating with 1As who in some cases may actually be better than the player who graduated.
2) yes LSU had State's number for most of the last 2 decades but this Dan Mullen team is not your fathers Miss. St. He has consistently recruited good and the talent gap between State and the SEC elite has closed dramatically. Last yr. was proof of that.
3) this will be State's first home game of the season and the crowd will be pumped. Think how Va. Tech was last nite then add in about 60,000 "loud" cowbells. By 8:15 pm sat nite that place will be rocking
4) this will be LSU's first game with a unsettled QB on the road in a raucous loud venue.
5) Dak Prescott is from Louisiana and he gets up for them more than any other opponent. Again, think last year down in Baton Rouge.
LSU may win but they will get Miss St's best shot I assure you.

Really like that LaTech play.Staying away from LSU because they haven't played yet and will have 1st game jitters plus I think State is better than folks think.
