CMU leads the all-time series 8-4. Buffalo has won 3 of the past 4 meetings, including a 37-13 win by the Bulls as a 2.5-point underdog as the Under (52) cashed on Oct. 7, 2023. Buffalo is also 3-1 against the spread (ATS) in the past 4 meetings, while the Over has cashed in 4 of the past 5 in the series.
Buffalo defense is allowing 139.3 rushing yards to opponents on average through nine games. They are only allowing about three yards per carry as well. CMU is going to want to do (run, run, and run) in this game, but the gameplan for Buffalo should be a lot more open vs the one dimensional Chips. Chips QB Labas is completing almost 80% of passes this season, but he has a total of 1,066 passing yards and that is way way low. Most of his passes are dump-offs and check downs His season high in attempts is 21 and that is low and in fact, that is a floor amount for most CFB teams. CMU has 400 rushing attempts and 152 passing attempts total for the year hence pretty one dimensional. And, being one-dimensional is hard to win football games, especially when that one dimension bangs heads with the foes strength on D.
I think Buffalo is the better team and should be able to prevent some of the Central Michigan rushing attack and win outright. Taking the points might be a safer play but I think they win outright.

well, that was a complete and utterly misread on the Bulls as they were castrated by the CMU Chips -- and I did not even get a kiss before the __________ing! it was a sweep in the wrong direction ...
