Bama is the #1 team in the country.. Prepare your anus

if you're a Bama hater, cause the committee will have Bama #1 when they release the rankings.. Why? Because they are the best team! There's a lot of good teams this year and you could make a case for all the teams in the top 6, except Bamas defense is the most Elite unit in all of CFB.. What that defense has showed against the spread teams and especially Dak and MSU sat, the old "Bama can't cover the spread" is total BS.. I've been saying all year that Saban has built multiple defense to cover ANY type of offense, you just seen it play out the last 2 weeks..and still people will say "well, it's not Clemson, or OSU, or ND, or OKst..ect..." It doesn't matter! No team will run on that defense! And if you don't have a QB to get the ball out in 2sec, then he's on his back! Bama would beat any team in the top 6 right now, so they should be ranked #1.... Thoughts?

Of course I can't stand Bama being an LSU guy but I know a good team when I see it. Alabama is very good but you have to leave Clemson at #1. I see no problem with Alabama at #2 but no way are they going to give them the #1 ranking. I really want to see a Clemson vs Alabama matchup for the title.

I think the committee has been spot on so far, but after Clemson squeaking out a win vs a 24pt chalk, and Bama mud holing Miss St, they will move Bama up and Clemson to #2..

I'm just saying what I "think they will do". Hey, I'm fine as long as Bama is in that top 4, but we all know how the committee feels about SOS and the gauntlet of the SEC.. I never thought that Bama defense would keep Dak outta the endzone after an emotional win vs LSU.. What Bama did yesterday was the most impressive defensive performance this year.. They had 10 sacks, and 7 were coverage sacks, but Bama DBs can't cover, lol... Also, I don't think Bama will play Clemson in the NC.. That team is going the wrong direction and I wouldn't be shock to see them get beat by UNC.. And if they do make it, and ND is in the top 4, there's no way Clemson will beat ND again..

I'll give you Bama and I'll take the field for an unlimited amount, how about that offer since Bama is so elite?  you have to take that bet bro, no way any team can match up with their greatness, I would have no chance with the bet but I'm a giving person so no worries, let me be the guy to donate a healthy amount to an SEC fan

Hell no, I would jinx the fuuk out of them.. I normally don't bet on Bama games.. I will bet over and unders on their games, but that's about it.. Only games I've bet on Bama this year was against them when they were laying double digits like Arky... 

But hey, don't get so bent outta shape man.. It is what it is, I know you hate the SEC and Bama, but they are the best team in CFB as of "TODAY".. No reason to be so, bothered by it, right? Good luck buddy..

I don't get bitter, I'm an experienced winning bettor with 20 years under my belt, I've been on bad losing streaks and great winning streaks, nothing will bother me more than a few hours or so, I have been through it all, last night only showed me that Baylor isn't ready for the next step

ok, my bad.. Just looked like you was "frustrated".. You're right I did make the thread, but there's a good reason, cause I believe they will have Bama #1 tue.. Jmo, but the way Bama is dominating, there's very little argument to say they are not the best team RIGHT NOW... That's the point, and yes I do think that Bama would beat all those teams RIGHT NOW, but that would be a stupid bet for me to take.. Things change from week to week.. And I think 2 of the top 4 will not be in there come playoff time.. Clemson and tOSU I think will get beat and be left out.. Stuff is about to get cray cray... Lol... 

Man I hate the Bears lost.. I really thought Art was gonna make a statement..! But I did say earlier in the year that Baylor would have trouble with a good run team that had a solid secondary full of athletes. It was a good game though..

Can Clemson beat UNC? That on paper looks like fire works type of matchup.

I wasn't frustrated at all, was seriously wanting the bet 

I think Bama is good, nobody is dumb enough to think they aren't good, I'm not an idiot (although I play one some weeks)

I also think they are a product of the teams they are playing

they have a home loss to a 3 loss team, they struggled with Tenn, they beat a mediocre LSU team by 14 and beat a team in Miss St that has never threatened them or any other real good team for that matter, Miss St isn't any good 

I don't get all excited over the teams they are beating, they are built to beat those teams and those offenses, Bama has been the best SEC team for years, that hasn't changed this year

they are a very good team, I agree with that, I disagree that they are the landslide best team in the country though, there are several bad matchups for them out there in my opinion

they are a lock for the playoff bro, the remaining schedule is a layup with those teams, I'll be the first to congratulate you if Bama wins it all, they will have deserved it with this new playoff format

I work with a bunch of guys from Alabama who don't know anything about football except "Bama is the best" blah blah blah-  These bubba gumps make very good money and I could probably hook you up with a bet or two with them- I am still not sold on Bama but I do think their defense gets better each week- I am also starting to think the Sooners may win it all- crazy I know but it is just a gut feeling- I still can't believe they lost to such a bad Texas team-

I agree.. But we also have to factor in the "Clempson" factor.. It's about time for them to shat the bed... A few mistakes against this UNC team, and Clemson will get beat.. Should be a good game.

You do know that Bama does that with every team they play outside of the SEC right? I think every team does that, I know Bama does it even when they win,, called on ND, VT, Clemson, and many more.. But why do you keep talking about last year? You would even get more upset if we kept bringing up 2009-11-12 ect... We are talking about this year, not years past.. If we are gonna bring up the past, it's gonna be a really long day for ya...
