Like Oregon to get back on track off their survival in Iowa last weekend. Escaping Kinnick in November with a W is no small feat. I have Oregon rated 33 points better than Minnesota. Long travel for the Gophers and a severe talent gap here. Think Oregon is able to do whatever it wants and rolls Minnesota.
Michigan St I like this back up QB way better than Chiles. Good WR room. They showed descent fight last time out and are off a bye here. Penn St is coming off 2 big games @ OSU and vs Indiana where they missed a major upset in heart breaking fashion. I think this is a total 'no show' spot for the kittens. Ratings would actually favor MSU at home here by 2-3 points and given the situational spot + recent upgrade at QB for MSU i think they win this game outright. If they're down late we have seen multiple times this year that coach Smith for MSU respects the spread and isn't afraid to score points in garbage time
