Largest lead bet

Can someone with more knowledge than me explain "Largest lead" prop bet?  My assumption would be that if I was to pick, lets say largest lead number of 10, if either team goes up by 10 at any point during game than it is a winner.  Any assistance would be helpful.  Thanks in advance!

Means just that. Should bean over or under bet. They give you a number you choose over or under
