What are some main factors you guys use in picking these games?
Thanks in advance and BOL to everyone this season!
ax i was actually gonna do a write-up on this so i'll do it for you here right now
1. Have fun with it
2. You might've heard the phrase to win in betting you need short term memory loss good or bad i think its moreso in hoops. What happened yesterday good, bad or ugly is done because if you're thinking about the loss you suffered 2 days ago you will get destroyed in college hoops
3. Try to specailize in a conference. IMO try 1 for start. I pick a bcs league a mid major league and a league no one gives 2 shits about. You're in Minnesota maybe study the big 10? Or study C-USA. Whatever conference you want there are 31 conferences and 350+teams. I believe myself in study 3 conferences. You do what you want
Its a lot of work to go to those teams sites/the local papers and sites for these conferences but it has to be done to win. And you might say if i study C-USA i got to learn about East Carolina? Hey a $100 win on east Carolina pays the same as a $100 winner on North Carolina
4. You have to accept this you're not gonna get a teams best effort every game. You gotta put in the time
5. Buy as many of the preview books you can. You gotta spend money to make money
6. For tournaments there are games every day treat tournaments the conference tourneys ncaa's the nit etc like regular games. You pick and choose the games you like. You don't get paid more because its the ncaa tourney
7. If you hit a bad stretch take some time off. Try not to get burned out
hope i helped ax BOL to you this year
