Disagree^ race is more important then sex for Zimmerman all they need to do is play up the 'scary black man' angle and it should scare at lease one of the white women into not guilty

Ahhhh..I don't know, honestly this thing has gone on non-stop down here, and everyone has a opinion. Some high schools have banned talking about/debating it in class on on campus, because it gets so heated.
Sanford is a mostly black community and honestly, I do think their will be some backlash if he is found not guilty & I think that will play in the minds of the jurors.

Zimmerman say's : "my act of deadly force was justifiable to prevent physical harm to myself.”..."I had a reasonable fear of imminent death or bodily harm. "

Can they convict of lesser - manslaughter. I cant remember
I don't believe they can. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
And the reason I think he will be found not guilty is that the defense will end up with the old, "you might THINK he is guilty, but there is not enough evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he's guilty." Ala Casey Anthony. I mean jurors said, "we thought she probably was guilty, but there was not enough evidence to support a conviction."
That's my thoughts on this case. But it's just an opinion.

Coral Gables criminal defense attorney Jose Baez said he
believes the jury “clearly favors the defense,” adding that women may side with
Zimmerman over issues of self-defense. Even though jurors are not supposed to
be dismissed for reasons of race, Baez said the defense won by limiting people
of color on the panel.
“Race was the elephant in the room and they slayed it,” said
Baez, who earned an acquittal in the Casey Anthony Orlando murder case.
Miami criminal defense lawyer Larry Handfield said he thought
prosecutors could benefit from the jury’s gender.

To support the charge of 2nd Degree Murder the prosecution must prove that Zimmerman acted with a “depraved mind” when he shot Martin. If the prosecution fails to prove that, the jury can consider a lesser charge of manslaughter.
