I recently played in 5Dimes cashback casino, and I lost -797 in one
session of blackjack. The figure 25% of my losses is equal to $184 of
cashback, which is to be delivered to my account on Tuesdays. Well, it
was an unbelievable sitting - the computer beat me about 10 times in a
row. I never seen so many blackjacks by a dealer. Anyway, Wednesday I
noticed 5Dimes didn't deposit $184 for the loss on Sunday. Well, it
turns out 5Dimes computers glitched, or their accountants or somebody
inserted negative integers into my Posted Casino Summary Table. And, I
found out they erased the log session to cover their tracks. So, now
they won't pay me.
5Dimes cheated me, saying I never lost the
money. There is no record of the loss. They won't address the negative
integers in the Posted Casino Table, and their position remains that I
will not receive one penny.
I chatted with their manager, Tony
(what an A-hole) and I truly believe he was someone they hired
specifically to argue with me endlessly about petty BS, and he made me
for a fool, and I am so pissed off and I am very insulted. He had me
chasing waterfalls for over 3 hours. What a waste. What manager sees a
problem, then ignores it? This guy is a cockroach, an amoeba.
It
bothers me that they are blowing me off, and not addressing the issue
of the negative integers in the Posted Casino summary, or won't meet me
halfway, or do something professional as far as customer service goes.
He doesn't know why the negative integers are there, and he doesn't care
either.
So, I am warning everyone and I don't like what
happened at this book. As far as I can see, the negative integers are
placed there to offset the losses, hence, 5Dimes computers don't see the
loss. Tony actually agreed with me that it was not 'normal' to see the
negative integers there, but he would not consider it important and he
stood firm he would not inquire his 20 somewhat programmers and network
personnel haha, his position was to argue with me endlessly about
nonsense.
oh it turns out that Tony is an athiest, can you
believe that? haha I'm not getting excited over $184, but it's the
principle of the matter and I want to warn everyone about playing in the
Casinos, especially at 5Dimes. I want to bust this book, but I can't
be bothered. As a player, what are our rights in offshore wagering?
Slim to none I guess. I have a record of everything but it's futile.

did you get a reciept for the deposit? Some account record you deposited the money and never withdrew it. What other proof do u need other than saying i have X amount on this day and now its gone.
