There are many things to take into account when booking vacation in Las Vegas. For a lot of us, one of the first questions we ask during football season and March Madness is “how is the sportsbook?” It’s a lot easier to roll out of bed at the crack of dawn when we're near the sportsbook we want to watch the games at - especially during football season.

Knowing who operates which books also makes it easier to shop for lines or where you can find lines that you’re more comfortable wagering on. Each of these sportsbook operators (besides the independents) will usually offer the same lines.

For example, if you’re at Monte Carlo you’ll have to head over to the Tropicana for the nearest non-MGM line since it’s surrounded by New York-New York, Aria, MGM Grand and Excalibur, which are all MGM properties.

Not only do different sportsbook operators offer lines on games but they offer different wagers. Sportsbook operators almost all offer different prop bets, so you may need to wager with a certain sports book operator if you’re looking for specific wagers. For example, only a handful of Las Vegas casinos offer first-inning wagers for baseball bettors.

Consider the information below a cheat sheet so you know who operates which sportsbook in Las Vegas. I’ve included players clubs in case that’s how you book hotels when you’re planning a visit to Las Vegas.
