Sports betting laws in Delaware

Delaware became the first state outside of Nevada to accept single-game sports wagering when it took its first wager on June 5, 2018. The state actually legalized sports betting in 2009 but, because of the federal PASPA law, could only offer single-week NFL parlay cards. Once PASPA fell in May 2018, Delaware already had the necessary legislation in place to accept single-game wagers.

Race & Sports Book at Dover Downs Casino
